RYAN DUSTAN
| I was born Ryan Matthew Dustan on December, 19, 1976 at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. At an early age, my family moved to Graham, Washington. It was a piss-ant little town in pierce county where the residents never seemed to be short on livestock, trashed pickup trucks, and a disturbing love for country music and most likely their cousins. At an early age I took interest in film production and music. I was in band throughout junior high school and actually managed to fail band in my freshman year. Yes it is possible and I'm proud of that accomplishment to this day. A year after leaving the school band, I took up the electric bass with the encouragement of my older brother who was the guitarist/singer in a local punk band. I graduated from Bethel High School in 1995 after being involved in the drama department and providing the prosthetic make-up used in many of the school productions. After school I started my downward spiral of neglecting to pursue further "official" make-up education and started working in local music stores and playing with numerous local bands. In March of 2006 I began a nearly 2 year hiatus in Tucson, Arizona. With this closure of that experience I returned home to Tacoma to further pursue my music and film exploits. |
